Crystal Gallery: a rare and dazzling experience
Udaipur is a town in the northwest of India with a rich and varied history. It is known locally for its beautiful rivers that flow through the city, they are considered the most stunning in the district of Rajasthan. This charming city is also synonymous with the lavish Indian Palaces from the Rajput era.
The lavish summer palaces are still present to this day and are marvels of stunning traditional design mixed with international cues. The palaces themselves are sprawling complexes representing the opulence of the royalty at the time. One of the most prominent palaces is the Fateh Prakash Palace and its unique claim to fame is the Crystal Gallery.
The Crystal Gallery is one of the most popular attractions in Udaipur and is a testament to the enormous wealth of the royalty that once ruled the expanse of India. Said to be more than 129 years old the gallery is host to a stunning array of exquisite Osler Crystal ware and furniture.
F & C Osler were a prominent 19th century manufacturer of crystal ware from intricate tables to sparkling fountains. They were commissioned by the then Maharran Sajjan Singh who unfortunately was unable to see his dazzling collection as he passed away before its completion.
Visitors walking through the gallery will be mesmerised by intricately cut crystal used on a variety of glassware and furniture ranging from bed hangings, sofa ends to honey decanters and trays. The collection is truly dazzling and magnificent. Even the high imposing entrance to the gallery is a prime example of the use of quartz, it is said to be very intricate and delicate and requires a lot of care and maintenance.
The Crystal Gallery is just one of many fascinating attractions in the culturally diverse city of Udaipur to explore. This palace abode stands out among Udaipur hotels thanks to its imposing size and breathtaking views of the Aravali Mountains on the banks of the serene Lake Pichola.

I like it although I think you need to have 3 sapphire pegasus's also try adding a Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder as he workes very well with this type of deck. 9/10
